Yoga has translated into so many elements of my life. It’s afforded me opportunities and experiences that I don’t think I’d have the privilege of enjoying without it.
Off the mat, you can find me on my mountain bike or splitboard, likely surrounded by talented and badass women.

VNTR Birds Ambassador
VNTRbirds (venture birds) is a women-run adventure company in the heart of the Rocky Mountains specializing in women-focused outdoor education and experiences.
VNTRbirds brings women-identifying and non-binary riders, who are comfortable in femme-centered spaces, together to build confidence and self-reliance in the outdoors through mountain biking, backcountry skiing/splitboarding, and community meet-ups.
VNTRbirds focuses on holistic learning that’s led by women and for women which encourages them to own their identities as outdoor athletes in a way that’s inclusive and fun.
We provide safer places for learning, mentorship for long-term growth, and forums for community and connection to see more women of all demographics on mountain bikes, split boards, and skis.

Caretaker at Lost Wonder Hut
In the winter I’m lucky enough to be a caretaker for The Lost Wonder Hut, an off grid backcountry hut on Monarch Pass near Salida, CO.
The hut is a historic cabin with modern amenities and offers a comfortable, cozy home base from which to hike, bike, ski, snowshoe, or just relax in the beautiful Middle Fork Valley of the South Arkansas River in Colorado’s southern Sawatch Range. Your next backcountry adventure begins here. We offer incredible multi-season opportunities to explore some of Colorado’s most breathtaking scenery from the comfort and safety of a rustic mountain lodge.
Taking care of this incredibly special place has been rewarding work and has helped me grow as a person and as a steward of the outdoors.

Writing & Journaling
So much of my inspiration for my dharma talks and shared intentions come from my real life experience. I’ve discovered that most of us share in the ups and downs of the human experience I love find ways to articulate these emotions. You can check out my blog where I write about the intersection of our yoga practice and our everyday life.
