Who I am
Over the last 12 wonderful years, yoga has been my serene sanctuary, my versatile toolbox for self-regulation, my preferred form of exercise, and ultimately, my reflective mirror. To say that yoga has truly transformed my life and the way I experience the world would be a massive understatement. As a lifelong student of this beautiful practice, my mission is to share my wealth of knowledge about this deeply cherished discipline, enabling YOU to tap into and harness its extraordinary power. I strive to be a conduit, a facilitator of movement and breath, guiding you so that you can effortlessly find, develop, and strengthen the ever-evolving relationship with your mind, body, and breath.
In March of 2018, I obtained my 200-hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher certification through Kindness Yoga in Denver. My teaching resume, which spans from 2018 to the present day, showcases my primary teaching styles of both vinyasa yoga and yin yoga. I have had the joy of hosting workshops and retreats, special events, and teaching large-scale classes at music festivals. With a background in massage therapy, I hold an understanding of anatomy and physiology, weaving this important knowledge throughout my classes.
In the fall of 2025, I will begin my 300-hour yoga teacher training at Inner Peace Yoga Therapy in preparation to start my more extensive 800-hour training to become an accredited yoga therapist.
Beyond yoga, I am a lover of the outdoors and passionate about bringing more women and nonbinary folks into outdoor spaces. I am an ambassador with a couple of women led companies and get to host and participate in fun events with these groups. I live in Salida, CO with my husband and our dogs.
